🥲 The challenge
As a start-up, my company participated in a lot of events, but when it came to sharing about us, we had to either hand out traditional visiting cards or send links manually. People often made mistakes typing out URLs or names, especially in noisy or fast-paced environments. Many lost our cards or forgot who we were by the time they checked their pockets.
This made networking feel inefficient and inconsistent. We needed a way to:
  • Instantly share accurate contact and brand info
  • Avoid dependency on printed materials
  • Make a lasting impression in seconds
  • Track and manage connections easily after events
That’s when the idea of ID Zone was born — a smarter, greener, and tap-based way to network.
